Terms of use & refund policy

These utilities are provided by KCS to help with tax, GST and accounting work. They do not replace professional judgement: always review the output before filing or relying on it.

Accounts

You sign in with your Google account. Keep it secure; activity under your sign-in is treated as yours. We may suspend accounts that are misused or shared.

Subscriptions

Paid utilities are licensed for the period you buy (monthly, quarterly or yearly). Access starts when payment is confirmed and ends automatically at the end of the period. Renewing early adds the new period after the current one.

Your data

Files you open (PDFs, Excel, Tally XML) are processed in your browser. Work saved by a utility is stored in your account on our server so it is available on any device, and is kept after a subscription ends so you can continue when you renew.

Refunds

Because access is granted immediately, payments are generally not refundable. If you were charged twice or could not use a utility because of a fault on our side, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.
